Sara Walters

Sara Walters has over 16 years of experience in civil litigation and has spent much of the last decade specializing in matters of catastrophic injury and wrongful death, litigating hundreds of cases alongside her longtime colleagues and mentors, D. Reid Garrey and Erin M. Evans.

Sara has an extensive history in insurance defense litigation, including but not limited to claims related to significant personal injury, wrongful death, construction defect, construction safety, and premises liability.

A native of Chicagoland, Sara graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Entering the legal world immediately upon graduation from college, she has translated this knowledge into expertise in legal writing, and she prides herself on authoring the most detailed and passionate demands advocating on behalf of clients. Sara has unbridled enthusiasm for all opportunities for composition afforded to her by her position. Legal documents authored by Saras are always highly researched and exceptionally articulate, and serve as a tremendous support to the clients' claims.

Day-in and day-out, Sara is skilled in preparing a wide array of court filings, discovery documents, and other legal papers. Beyond this, Sara has vast experience in all aspects of the litigation process, from case initiation through trial, including legal research, factual and damages investigation, case and document management, preparation and coordination of discovery, trial preparation, and trial.

In her free time, Sara is a classic film enthusiast, avid reader, history buff, and unabashed sports nut.
